At Hyosung Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory is perfect, offering a 14-day return window for all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. Please note that as a wholesaler, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the merchandise is defective.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original bulk packaging, ensuring all style tags and barcodes are visible and intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA packing slip inside the box and ship the parcel to our central distribution center using a trackable carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Our quality control team will inspect the batch within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or store credit will be processed minus applicable fees.
